Mrs. Stuteville’s practice is focused mainly on consumer bankruptcy in Oklahoma, both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. She has over nine years experience in the area of consumer bankruptcy. She uses the knowledge and compassion she has gained over the years to ease her clients’ minds as they go through what is usually one of the most stressful times of their lives. Mrs. Stuteville is a graduate of the Oklahoma College of Law and is licensed to practice in the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma.

Lesli Peterson’s practice for the last twenty-one years has specialized in all areas of consumer bankruptcies in the state of Oklahoma. She has represented debtors, creditors, and Chapter 7 Trustees in hundreds of cases during her legal career. While her practice is mainly focused on representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, her prior experience and diversity of clients enables her to utilize her knowledge and skills to diligently protect her client’s rights. She is a graduate of OCU Law School and is admitted to practice in the Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma as well as the 10th Circuit of Appeals.
